Anton Glikin is an architectural designer and artist.
He worked as Associate Design Director (2016-2018), as well as Architectural Designer (1999-2012) at Peter Pennoyer Architects, NYC; Director of Traditional Urban Design Alternative, St. Petersburg (2012-2016), as well as the Chair of the Russian Chapter of the International Network for Traditional Building, Architecture and Urbanism, Patron: H.R.H. The Prince of Wales (2007-2014).
He received his Ph.D. in Architectural History & Theory from St. Petersburg University (2010); MA degree in Architecture and Fine Arts from St. Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts (1997); Diploma in Architecture and Building Arts from The Prince of Wales’s Institute of Architecture in London (1996), and BA degree in Interior Design from Nicholas Roerich Art College in St. Petersburg (1990).
Anton is a recipient of several professional awards, including Arthur Ross Award for Excellence in Classical Tradition (Architecture Rendering category) presented by The Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America (now ICAA), NYC (2003); Finalist’s Award for the Millennium Gate Competition presented by The National Monuments Foundation, The, Washington, D.C. (2000), unveiled in Atlanta (2008); Measured Drawing Award, presented by The Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects at the Summer Show of The Royal Academy of Arts, London, UK (1999); Winning Award for The Prince of Wales’s Monument Competition, presented by The Prince of Wales’s Institute of Architecture, London, UK and The Prince of Wales’s Foundation for Architecture, Atlanta, GA.
